Who We Are

Innovation and patient care are the building blocks of Zero Copay Program, Inc. (ZCP), a pharmaceutical copay relief program, whose mission is to improve the healthcare industry for all involved- doctors, insurance companies, and most importantly, patients. With the rising cost of healthcare and prescription drugs, ZCP is focused on eliminating the copay for commercially insured patients when filling a prescription, and simplifying the process for healthcare providers.

Together we are Stronger
Shared Resources – Shared Costs – Shared Purpose

The ZCP team and Certified Participating Pharmacies work together to meet a standard of excellence in service, customer care and efficiency, and combine their resources to provide cost-effective prescription care for commercially insured patients.

Serving New York’s five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and Putnam Counties, and parts of Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, ZCP Certified Participating Pharmacies represent a consortium of well vetted privately-owned pharmacies dedicated to the reform of patient care, from volume to value. Working as a group with healthcare providers, insurance companies and the dedicated ZCP team, all Certified Participating Pharmacies are devoted to elevating the entire patient experience to achieve quality-care, medication adherence and pharmaceutical copay relief. ZCP audits pharmacies weekly, ensuring that all standards of operation are met. Employees undergo extensive customer care training, attend seminars, are HIPAA certified, OSHA compliant, and educated in fraud, waste and abuse.

The ZCP team and Certified Participating Pharmacies provide:

  • $0 Copay on ZCP eligible products for the commercially insured (see eligible products list)
  • Guaranteed availability of all ZCP eligible products. Cost-savings opportunities on other medications
  • WE CARE – from the doctor to the pharmacist, to the delivery team.
  • 24-hour home delivery of medication whether insurance covers it or not.

We strive to positively impact the healthcare community in various ways.

For patients, they receive the products physicians prescribe at $0 copay. Removing this financial burden improves medication adherence. Our participating pharmacies offer door-to-door hand delivery within 24 hours, ensuring the patient receives their medication, whether insurance covers it or not.

For healthcare professionals, ZCP offers an expanding selection of medications allowing accurate prescribing. We offer prior authorization assistance to aid prescribers and their office staff. The services we offer are all aimed to increase the amount of time physicians spend with their patients.

For insurance companies, our program provides a low cost impact on the healthcare system and is widely accepted in its efforts to save timemoney, and resources, all while increasing patient care.
